System Maintenance - Reservations, Online & Mobile Services are affected
Cathay Pacific and Dragonair will be upgrading our systems from Saturday 11 to 12 February 2012, in order to ensure that we keep pace with our passengers’ travel requirements in the years to come. During this period, all our reservation, online and mobile services will be unavailable, including online ticket change functions.
It will still be possible to book packages through Cathay Holidays for Hong Kong departures during the outage period. Package holidays from other destinations will be unavailable from 11:30 on Friday 10th February to Sunday 12th February. More Information »
