1. How do I redeem inflight duty-free merchandise on Cathay Pacific? Log on to Cathay Pacific's Duty-Free Preflight Order Service at www.cathaypacific.com/dutyfree between 2 and 21 days prior to departure. Simply add the items you would like to redeem to your shopping cart and provide your flight information to complete the order. Your merchandise will be delivered to you on board your flight. |

2. Do I need to register for Duty-Free Preflight Order Service? No. As a member of The Marco Polo Club or Asia Miles, you can use this service immediately. |

3. What can I do if I have insufficient miles to redeem an award? We are not able to accept the redemption unless you have sufficient mileage in your account for the desired goods. |

4. How do I know if my redemption order has been accepted or not? A confirmation email will be sent to you and the corresponding number of Asia miles deducted from your account. |

5. When will the Asia Miles required for redemption be deducted from my account? We will deduct the required number of Asia Miles upon confirmation of your order. |

6. Why do I need to submit my travel document details when placing a redemption order These details will be used by our cabin crew for verification purposes only when delivering items to you onboard your next flight. |

7. I have changed my itinerary. Will it be reflected in my redemption order? Changes to your itinerary made within 2 to 21 days before your original departure date will be reflected in your redemption order. However, you are advised to double check your flight details on the Duty-free Preflight Order Service website to ensure delivery of goods. |

8. How can I amend my flight schedule on the Duty-Free Preflight Order Service website? Flight schedule changes must be made between 2 and 21 days prior to your original departure date and not more than 60 days after your duty-free order is placed. Please visit our Duty-Free Preflight Order Service, select >Duty-Free Preflight Order > Customer Service on the left navigation bar and then View / Edit Your Orders to revise your itinerary. |

9. How do I collect my redeemed items inflight? Our cabin crew will deliver your duty-free merchandise to you sometime during boarding. Please have your Confirmed Reference Number on hand, provide your passport number for verification and sign the delivery note as confirmation. |

10. Although my redemption order was confirmed, I was still unable to collect the goods inflight . Why? We always try our best to fulfil each and every order, however, under certain circumstances (such as flight disruption and aircraft rotation) there may be the chance that your specified goods are not available. Please email us at preflightorder@cathaypacific.com for further arrangement. |

11. Can I earn Asia Miles on redemption awards? Redemption awards are not eligible for mileage accrual. |

12. Can I get a refund for an award I didn’t like? Confirmed redemption orders are non-reversible. |

13. What is the maximum length of time I can wait before picking up my redemption order? Any items left uncollected 60 days after an order was made will be forfeited. |

14. Can I use my Asia Miles to redeem inflight duty-free items during a flight? Redemption on inflight duty-free items is only available through our Duty-free Preflight Order Service. |

15. I was placed on another flight by airport staff and my redemption order was not transferred. How do I collect my redeemed products? Our office will contact you to make new arrangements. |

16. What if the product I redeemed was damaged? Please email Inflight Sales & Logistics at preflightorder@cathaypacific.com with details including your name, order reference number and products involved. Our office will follow up accordingly. |

17. Is it possible for a redemption group member to collect my redemption order? Only primary members are entitled to order and collect redeemed items inflight. |
